We aim to ensure that you are delighted with any purchase from us, however if, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, then please return the goods to us.
When you return a product to us:
(a) because you have cancelled the contract between us within the seven working-day cancellation period we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
(b) for any other reason (for instance, because you claim that the product is defective), we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of any items to Rose Green . You can find out more about your right to cancel a contract formed at a distance as set out in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 from your local consumer advice centre (eg Citizens Advice Bureau).
This policy only refers to online transactions, if you buy an item at the yard we have a different policy, as shown in item 11 of our FAQs -
Most of the items we sell are either second-hand or made from natural materials and, as such, a purchaser should be happy with the condition of any item when buying. If, however, the purchaser has over-ordered or changed their mind, we may offer to buy the item back at our own discretion at our buying-in price.
